About the Foundation
Hope for Youths at Work Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that provides technical assistance and support for employment and business opportunities for youth in the communities and also serves as a conduit for youth placement on job opportunities and entrepreneurial skills that creates pathways to gainful employment and entrepreneurship ventures in the public and private sectors in the local, state and federal governments.
The focus of the programme provides opportunities for Youth Industrial Work Experience (YIWE) and entrepreneur development toward employment and business engagement in their respective academic disciplines. The initiatives include jobs and employment vacancies search and assistance for youth capacity development in entrepreneurship and business in their various fields of career disciplines.
The “Youths at Work” programme and industrial work experience aim at familiarizing the youths with the work experience, performance standards, and practice of the host employer organizations or companies, non-governmental organizations, and government departments and agencies.
